Kitsap Regional Library branches close September 23 for staff training
Plan library errands around Wednesday's all-branch closure. The library's official calendar lists September 23 as a staff training day.
All Kitsap Regional Library branches will be closed Wednesday, September 23, 2026, according to the system’s official closure calendar.
The Silverdale and Poulsbo branch pages identify the date as Staff Training Day and list an all-day closure.
Plan your branch visit
If you need to pick up materials, use an in-person service or meet someone at a branch, choose another day and check that location’s hours first. Regular opening hours differ by branch.
For questions about a hold or due date, check your library account or contact the library before the closure. Do not assume the closure automatically changes an individual pickup deadline.
Use the current branch page and closure calendar as your starting points before traveling.
